Hi I'm Allison - the owner/operator/one-woman-army behind Sweet 'n' Kneady Bakes!

I’ve been baking cookies and sweet treats for years, mostly as gifts, office potluck contributions, and “just because” surprises. Baking has always been my way to slow down and tune out the chaos of the world…a little flour therapy, if you will.

In December, I challenged myself to dive into sourdough, and quickly fell in love with the process. My starter, Bianca Dough Rio - the MotherDough - became part of my daily rhythm, and before I knew it, I was baking every single day.

As my “special occasion” baking turned into a daily practice, the same question kept coming up: When are you going to start selling? After pushing past the hesitation (and a little imposter syndrome), I finally took the leap.

Now, Sweet ‘n’ Kneady Bakes is here to bring handcrafted sourdough and small-batch treats to your table - made with intention, patience, and a whole lot of heart.
